PRICE MATCH

At Edit by Ahmed Seddiqi, we are committed to offering you the best possible price. If you find an identical item online priced lower with one of our competitors*, we will happily refund the difference via a coupon code.

How we price match:

  • We match prices only for identical items. Variations such as brand, colour, size, and style are not accepted.
  • The item must be full price. Discounted, promotional, outlet, second hand and sale items are all excluded.
  • The item must be available in-stock on a registered competitor’s* website when you make the claim.
  • The price must be in the same currency - i.e. AED.
  • We will only price match an item once it has first been purchased from www.byedit.com  and delivered. It must be claimed within 14 days of your order date. No price match application will be processed before the item’s delivery.
  • The competitor’s website shipping option for the item must match the shipping destination as on www.byedit.com  
  • Our Price Match applies to the value of item, not the entire order, as listed in the competitor’s shopping cart after selecting the matching shipping destination.

How to claim your price match:

  • Contact our Customer Care team via email, phone or online form. Provide links to the item on www.byedit.com and the item you would like us to price match against.
  • After our Customer Care team verifies that your claim meets the above, we will send you a coupon code reflecting the price difference. This code will be valid for 6 months only, exclusions apply.

Return conditions for price match & price difference:

Once an item has been price matched or the price difference has been adjusted, that item will no longer be eligible for return.

Who we consider our competitors:

* Any registered website featuring a luxury brand and product collection that we believe to be comparable to the brand and product collection offered by www.byedit.com  For the avoidance of doubt, discount, liquidation, auction, outlet sites or websites that are undergoing closing down sales are not considered to be competitors.
