Return Policy


(A) Returns
1. Item(s) purchased may be returned within 14 days from date of transaction, under the below conditions. Contact our customer service team to arrange a free pick up on 800EDIT (8003348) or email us at info@byedit.com
Exchanges are not applicable.
• Item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.
• Returned item(s) must match the original item(s) purchased, including brand, model, and identifying features (e.g., serial number, where applicable).
• Item(s) that do not match the original purchase will not be eligible for a refund and will be held for 14 days pending return shipping at the customer’s expense.
• We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and condition of returned item(s) before approving a return.

(B) Refunds
• A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges. If the payment was done using Tabby or Tamara, your refund will be processed in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.
• Refunds will only be issued upon successful verification that the returned item matches the item sold, is in its original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories.
• In cases of item mismatch or suspected fraud, we may request additional verification or decline the refund.

(C) Care/Use Instructions
The customer must comply with all the care/use instructions outlined in the manual where provided.

(D) Additional Terms and Conditions
Additional terms and conditions associated with any promotions run by any boutique shall be incorporated into this policy by reference. By proceeding to purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these as terms of the applicable promotion(s).
