• Item(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged and must be returned in its/their original condition along with boxes and warranty cards.
• Earrings are non-refundable and, therefore, not applicable for returns.

(B) Refunds
A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges. If the payment was done using Tabby, your refund will be processed in accordance with Tabby's terms and conditions.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day to Dubai and the next business day to all other Emirates. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
