A refund will be done in the same payment method once it has been approved, excluding the delivery charges. If the payment was done using Tabby, your refund will be processed in accordance with Tabby's terms and conditions.

FOR ORDERS IN THE UAE:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered on the same day to Dubai and the next business day to all other Emirates. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

DELIVERY FEE:

Free delivery for purchases above AED 500 and AED 25 delivery fee for purchases under AED 500.
